Its for =KITTmaster's contest. its her character Columbia.

I used cell-shading again on this drawing. It took me all day to do. But I'm pretty proud of it.

I have been told the ground looks like its a rock. If you guys think it does...please tell me AND include ways that I could possibly improve it.
